Minneapolis-based funk, soul, and rock seven-piece led by South Carolina-born vocalist Mae Simpson. The band’s horn-driven, high-energy live shows have made them one of the most electric acts in the Twin Cities music scene. Their debut album Chandelier & Bloom (2023) earned strong regional and national attention, and their single “Cap Guns” spent 10 weeks on Minnesota Public Radio’s Chart Show before being inducted into its Hall of Fame. ISC Finalists in both 2024 and 2025, they’ve opened for Grace Potter, Dermot Kennedy, and Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe.
