PURCHASING YOUR TICKET
All Tickets300 ticketed events at Bluestem can be purchased in the following ways:
- Online at: JadePresents.com or Tickets300.com
- At the Tickets300 box office located at 302 N. University Drive in Fargo; open 10AM to 2PM Monday – Friday
- By calling (701) 298-0071
- In person at the Tickets300 Kiosk inside the Fargo Brewing Taproom (open 11AM – 10PM Monday-Thursday; 11AM – 11PM Friday-Saturday; 12PM(noon) – 8PM Sunday).
In some cases, tickets may also be purchased the night of a show at the Vesta Realty Ticket House—near the entrance of Bluestem Amphitheater—beginning 60 minutes before gates open. It is not guaranteed that all ticket types, if any, will be available the night of any show. It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance.
PRINT AT HOME
If you select the “Print At Home” method of ticket delivery, the ticket must be printed prior to the show and you must present the ticket with a valid bar code which will be scanned to gain entry to Bluestem. Your purchase confirmation email is not your ticket.
WILL CALL
Prefer to pick up your ticket on the day of the show? If you’ve selected Will Call as your ticket delivery option, you may pick up your tickets from the Vesta Realty Ticket house—near the entrance of Bluestem Amphitheater—beginning 60 minutes before gates open on the night of the show. You will need to present a valid ID to claim your tickets at Will Call. Please note: Tickets are only issued to the person who purchased them; the name on the ID must match our records.
REGULAR MAIL
For a $5.50 fee, you may choose to have a physical copy of your ticket mailed to your home address prior to the show. Please arrive at the show with this paper ticket; a receipt or purchase confirmation will not suffice.
MOBILE TICKETING
Want to go paperless? Have your ticket ready on your mobile phone zoomed in on the bar code and we’ll scan the screen just like a paper ticket. Remember that your ticket will be attached to the purchase confirmation email, it is not the email itself.
